Water Management Program 
Folsom’s Water Management Program offers a variety of water efficiency services and information to City residents and businesses. Folsom’s water management program provides the following water conservation services: - iConserve Campaign
A public awareness campaign that focuses on water conservation education, encourages Folsom residents and businesses to reduce water use to informs them on how they can each do their part. Read more about the iConserve Campaign. - Water Wise House Calls
A free evaluation of indoor and outdoor water use for residential water customers, including an irrigation checkup. Read more about the Water Wise House Calls. - Commercial Water Audits
How water efficient is your business? We can help you identify wasteful practices and fixtures that will save water and money. - Large Landscape Irrigation Audits
A more detailed evaluation of irrigation systems for our customers with larger landscapes. - Rebates
Folsom has a variety of rebates designed to help you be more water efficient from replacing older inefficient toilets and clothes washers to improving your irrigation systems. Read More to see if you qualify for a rebate. - Community Presentation
We are available to speak to any community group on a wide range of water conservation subjects including water wise landscaping and irrigation, new technology or other current water issues. - Water Waste Enforcement
Help us protect the safety and reliability of our water supply. Don is a California Licensed Landscape Contractor and has extensive work experience in plumbing, landscape and irrigation. Prior to coming to the City he owned and operated a landscape contracting business for 20 years. Don is a member of the following organizations:

Jan Famestad is our Water Management Specialist and has worked for the City of Folsom since February 2006. She is a UCCE Master Gardener with Sacramento County and has an AS degree and certificate in Horticulture from American River College. Tim Crowley is currently serving as a Water Management Specialist and has worked for the City since August, 2000. In addition to prior service with this program, Tim has worked for the Parks and Recreation Department. Before coming to the City, Tim owned and operated a landscape contracting business for 17 years. Having taught a variety of horticulture courses at local community colleges since 1985, he currently serves as Adjunct Faculty for Folsom Lake College teaching Introduction to Horticulture. Tim is a member of the following organizations:
